October 14, 2026
AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) welcomes Taiwanese solar float manufacturer Suntoward Tech Philippine Inc. (Suntoward) as its newest locator. The company will occupy over 3,800 sqm of gross leasable space at ALogis Mabalacat 1, marking its first operational site in the Philippines and its initial partnership with ALLHC. To support its future expansion and manufacturing growth, Suntoward has also secured a long-term lease for an 8,200 sqm industrial lot at Batangas Technopark.
Suntoward will manufacture, fabricate, and assemble high-density polyethylene (HDPE) floats, support structures, and mounting hardware for floating solar photovoltaic (FPV) systems using advanced blow and injection molding processes. Operating from its ALogis Mabalacat 1 facility, where production is set to begin in Q1 2027, Suntoward will supply complete FPV solutions, including floats, walkway modules, and mooring components, to renewable energy developers, EPC contractors, and industrial clients domestically and globally.
Situated within Pampanga Technopark, the ALogis Mabalacat 1 dry warehouse is accessible from Metro Manila via the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) and is in close proximity to Clark International Airport. Meanwhile, Batangas Technopark, located in Padre Garcia, is accessible from Metro Manila via the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR Tollway).
“We are excited to establish our first operations in the Philippines through ALLHC’s facilities,” says Suntoward President Jack Wang. “This investment allows us to bring our manufacturing capabilities closer to key renewable energy projects in the region. We are confident that this partnership will help us serve our clients better while contributing to local industrial growth.”
“Partnering with Suntoward is a great step forward for ALLHC. Their investment in ALogis Mabalacat 1 and Batangas Technopark brings advanced clean-energy manufacturing right into our industrial hubs. We are proud to support their team as they grow their business and serve renewable energy projects across the region,” shares ALLHC COO Patrick C. Avila.
Through this partnership, ALLHC and Suntoward aim to support local economic development and create new job opportunities in key regional hubs.
